“Having lived in our 1940's post-war style house for a number of years with our growing family we knew things needed to change. Our house didn't suit the way we wanted to live, had very little natural light, and spending family time together felt cramped.
Andrew was able to look beyond the pure architectural standpoint and understand our family dynamics and how we wanted to live. This lead to the renovation of our small 2 bed 1 bath post-war house with a single living area into a spacious 4 bed, 2 bath house complete with a study and two living areas. The different living areas and zones within the house make it easy for us to congregate as a family or escape into our own personal spaces along with being able to entertain guests in a way that we never could before.
We were able to keep the character and charm of our 80 year old home and have it blend seamlessly with the modern open planned living areas that we desired. The understated facade gives way to the scale and wow factor that lies within.
Andrew's design exceeded what we thought would be possible and thanks to that we now have a home that will support us comfortably for many years to come.”
